Our luxury 4 bedroom home is located within the top rated community of Highgate Park near Disney
The villa is furnished to a very high standard.
The tastefully furnished lounge has two large comfortable sofas and is equipped with large screen TV.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
The dining room is perfect for a formal or informal meals.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make you feel right at home. It has a cooking range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker,etc. There are more than sufficient plates/utensils for all of your party. There is also a washer and dryer in the utility room.
Bedroom configuration, all with TV:
Bedroom 1----King size bed - Ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2----Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3----2 Twin size beds
Bedroom 4----2 twin size bed
There is an additional bathroom, so 3 in total.
The pool and deck area is the ultimate place to relax and soak up some sun. The sun loungers, chairs and table are great for outside entertainment and dining.
Laundry room with large washing machine, large dryer, hanging space, ironing board and iron.
Strictly NO smoking in the villa (outside is ok).
Strictly no pets.
$150 refundable security deposit is required.
