The villa is located on the 5 Star safe gated Bella Vida Resort in the heart of Kissimmee, close to shops, restaurants and bars, and is only 15 minutes from Disney.

Offering everything you could want from a villa to relax in after long days at the theme parks.

The villa is comfortable and can easily accommodate 12 family and friends.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and a full cable package TV package. In addition, you also have a DVD/Blu-ray player available to you so you can unwind and enjoy the entertainment.

The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area.

On the upper floor there are 6 bedrooms in total, three of which have ensuite bathrooms.

The master, second and third bedrooms have double size beds, and all have ensuite bathrooms.

The fourth bedroom is a twin.

The fifth and sixth bedrooms are ideal for the children as the fifth has twin beds and is Micky Mouse themed and the sixth has bunk beds.

All bedrooms have tv's.

There are 5 ½ bathrooms in total. Three of which are ensuite; two further bathrooms are on the upper floor and a ½ bathroom is located on the ground floor

Pool days will create long-lasting family memories. You can enjoy your private pool soaking up the Florida sun. The pool can be heated if required. You'll really make the most of the pool area, dining al-fresco under the lanai with a large table and plenty of seating. There is a child safety fence if needed (and can be removed).

The villa has its own games room with pool table, and air hockey.

There are plenty of amenities in the safe, gated resort of Bella Vida.

Bella Vida Resort is superbly located right by Walmart and the 192, where shops, restaurants and entertainment is plentiful. Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World can be reached in 20 minutes!
