There is a fully screened heated pool (additional cost). This makes it perfect for enjoying and entertaining all year long. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on which to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. A covered lanai for al fresco dining and a child safety fence if required. A perfect place to start the day with breakfast and to end the day with a sunset.

From the entrance hallway you get a sense of the open concept floor plan with a large living area with plenty of seating to accommodate 12 comfortably.

There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen that offers all the facilities and amenities that you’ll need during your stay.

There is plenty of space, just off the kitchen area where a table and chairs can be found on which to enjoy family meals. Additional seating is at the breakfast bar.
