The villa uniquely has 3 sitting rooms, two of which have large screen TVs. Perfect for when the kids want their own space. TV and DVD/CD player.

One of these sitting rooms is our cinema room with 65 inch Roku TV and X Box, where both adults and kids will enjoy spending time watching films or favourite TV programs.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need, appliances, kitchen gadgets etc etc.

The villa has a large dining table, breakfast table and breakfast bar, lots of choices to dine.

Bedroom configuration:

The ground floor master has a king size bed, large en-suite bathroom and TV

Upstairs there is a master has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and TV

Bedroom 3, upstairs has a Queen size bed and TV.

Bedrooms 4 and 5, also upstairs, have twin beds.

There are two additional bathrooms, making it four in total.

Outdoors and you can spend days and evenings under the fully screened in patio around your beautiful pool and spa.

Whether you like to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade, the extended pool deck and lanai offers plenty of both. Outside dining table and chairs, great for al fresco dining.

If traveling with youngsters, utilizing the safety fence around the pool will give you added piece of mind.

The villa has a unique games room where you will find a slate top pool table along with a 'roll and score game (Skeeball)' and a free play aracade game featuring Pac Man, Frogger, and much more.

If you are traveling with babies and toddlers check out the Kiddie Kloset which is equipped with 3 Pac ‘n Plays, double stroller and a single stroller, Jumparoo, bumbo seat, play mat, and assorted toys and games to keep the little ones entertained.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Tuscan Hills is a gated community close to everything a vacationing family needs.

The Disney parks are just a short 15-20 minute drive and grocery stores, fast food and sit down restaurants are just 3 minutes away.

A 15-minute walk will take you to Northwest Regional Park which offers artificial turf soccer and football fields, walking trails, children’s playgrounds, tennis and volleyball courts.

Tuscan Hills community facilities include a clubhouse with a fully-equipped gym, games room, children's play area, beach volleyball and tennis courts and a seating area for relaxing.
