Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort close to the lake.

The living room is spacious with a 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 60 inch SMART TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area to enjoy the Florida sun.

Dining table seats 6. If you feel like cooking the beautiful fully kitchen appliances is ready for you.
