Beautiful 4 bedroom villa which sits on a large corner plot at Lake Berkley. The villa benefits from a partial view of the lake, fishing is just a few yards away.

The Lounge and very spacious dining area are of open plan design with high vaulted feature ceilings. Fully air conditioned with remote monitoring throughout, with ceiling fans for additional air movement.

The Lounge has two large, comfortable settees, where you can relax and watch the new 42' LCD PANEL HD T.V. (with access to over 200 channels). There is also a DVD player, CD/HiFi and large sliding doors leading to the pool. In addition FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is available for guest use.

The Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large American Style Fridge with integral Ice maker, an Electric Range, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dish Washer, Microwave, Waste Disposal unit plus all the necessary crockery, cutlery, etc. that you could possibly need.

The Master Bedroom is currently fitted with a King sized bed. As is to be expected it has its own 'en suite' Bathroom and analogue cable TV.

Bedroom 2 has a 'Queen' sized bed and cable TV, while Bedroom 3 has a 'full' sized bed and cable TV. The fourth Bedroom has two 'twin' beds and is Disney themed for our younger guests.

The South Facing Pool and Deck is covered by its own lanai with additional hedge screening offering you your own private bathing area. In the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated by our new efficient pool heater if requested (at additional cost).

The large Garage has a dedicated Games Area. This is equipped with a 'Foosball Table' (Table Football), Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Pool Table.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
