The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and a full cable package TV package. In addition, you also have a DVD/Blu-ray player available to you so you can unwind and enjoy the entertainment.

The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, two of which have ensuite bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a  King size bed and ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a Quen size bed and ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom is a double.

The fourth bedroom is a twin.

There are 3 bathrooms in total.

Pool days will create long-lasting family memories. You can enjoy the South West facing pool in private, soaking up the Florida sun and relaxing in the spa with massage jets. The pool can  be heated if required. You'll really make the most of the pool area, dining al-fresco under the lanai with a large table and plenty of seating.
