You will be delighted with our Luxury Villa, it has everything you would  ever need and has a premier position at Lake Berkley Resort, a very  safe and secure gated resort community and less that 15 minutes to  Disney.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you will  need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped  kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc.
 

As a guest of  Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge:  fishing, tennis, basketball court, both indoor and outdoor gym,  clubhouse, children’s splash pool, and running trail.
 

Our  beautiful 5 Bedroom luxury villa consists of a large kitchen, dining  area, living room, dining room, king master bedroom & ensuite  bathroom, queen second bedroom with ensuite bathroom, three twin  bedrooms, additional separate bathroom.
 

The living room, overlooking the pool area, has three comfortable sofas, large screen TV and CD/DVD player.
 

There is high speed internet access and all local telephone calls are free.
 

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/oven, dishwasher, microwave,  coffee machine, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. You  can expect to find everything you would have in your own home.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and King size bed and TV

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and TV.

There are thre twin bedrooms.

All linen and towels are provided. The two main  bedrooms have Cable TV. The main bathroom has twin wash basins, extra  large bath and separate shower.

  There is also a laundry room with  washer and drier. No need to fill your suitcase, save space for all  those cheaper Florida mall clothes.
 

The pool is South facing  and the deck is extra large, great for sunbathing. There are 4  sun-loungers and 4 chairs. This is a great place to have breakfast,  lunch and evening dinner

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa 

 A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
